Shipping Signature Required Legal Full Name

All orders are REQUIRED a SIGNATURE Sign off the package by LEGAL FULL NAME. If you are not home when the carrier arrives for a signature then the carrier will leave a note by your door stating the destination on where to pick up your package at your local USPS office. This helps us prevent fraudulent activities.  If the name of the order does not match the purchaser's legal name USPS will not deliver your package and will be sent back to us with a FULL Refund.

Standard Shipping 3-5 Days $15 (USA Domestic Mail)

Overnight Shipping 1-2 Days $25.00

International Mail Service

Standard International Shipping $30 6-9 Days

Express International Shipping $50 3-5 Days

Next-Day International Air $80 1-2 Days

20kg Quantities only can be shipped with Priority Mail NO OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.

Customs

Customs will sometimes hold packages for clearance this normal and usually be released within 24 hours after hold. If your package is on hold for longer than 48 hours our team will try to resolve the issue, rarely does this happen.

It can take up to 3 Business days for customs to clearance packages be advised that it can be a delay.

Return Policy

Orders can be exchanged or, if you are not satisfied, totally refunded. As long as the products are still in their original condition and packaging, we’ll refund their purchase price in full within a few working days after we receive your package. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.

If you ordered the wrong size or type you can arrange your Exchange by filling out the quality control form by contacting us at sales@saucesmoke.com, specifying the reasons for returning your item. Needless to say, the products you send us back must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, according to the above-mentioned Returns Policy.

Damaged or Defective Products

 If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item immediately and send details with pictures to sales@saucesmoke.com within 2 business days of when the product is received.

Once your refund inquiry is received, we may require that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please return any item purchased from us that arrives at you damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered.
